
Executive Board
The ONDCP guidelines require the creation of an Executive Board to provide overall direction and policy oversight to the HIDTA. The specific responsibilities are:

Selecting one or more entities to apply for HIDTA grant funds and to serve in a fiduciary capacity for HIDTA;

Establish written standard operating procedures;

Select an individual to serve as the HIDTA director;

Meet at least four times a year;

Establish subordinate advisory bodies to assist the board in carrying out its duties; and

Evaluate each HIDTA Initiative at least annually.
